2025 CAGC Administrator Workshop & School Board Symposium
Join us for the 2025 CAGC Administrator Workshop & School Board Symposium, a two-part event designed to address the systemic challenges Black girls face in suburban schools. This interactive experience equips administrators, school board members, and education leaders with the tools to foster equity, review policies through an inclusive lens, and take meaningful action to support Black female students.
The Administrator Workshop focuses on recognizing barriers, engaging in generative conflict, and implementing best practices that create inclusive school environments. Participants will engage in data-driven discussions, real-life student narratives, and action planning to drive change in their schools and districts.
The School Board Symposium shifts the focus to governance, guiding board members through an equity-focused policy audit to examine disparities in discipline, curriculum, and resource allocation. Through case studies, interactive activities, and strategic planning, attendees will develop actionable steps to shape policies that create systemic change for Black girls.

Midday Mind Munchies
We had the incredible opportunity to make our public debut with the students at St. Teresa’s Academy!
We had so much fun leading a session on confidence and self-empowerment, and the students were not only engaged but also eager to participate in meaningful discussions and activities. One of our favorite moments was the Power Pose activity, where we explored how body language influences confidence. Seeing the students embrace their power and step into their confidence was truly inspiring.
A huge thank you to Ms. Meriweather and Ms. Earl for their warm invitation and support. We look forward to creating more impactful experiences with the students of St. Teresa's Academy!
